Hello sir, am from Krishnagiri, Tamilnadu. Last year at home i have installed Luminous 875 VA sine wave inverter and a local brand battery. Now the battery life gone. Now i have to change a new battery. Am using 2 fans, 2 CFL 14W, 1 tube. Here average power cut 12 to 14 hrs. I am expecting a good battery back up and life. As i saw here i think Exide IT 500 150AH battery would be good for me. What do u say? And should i change the inverter too? It’s just 1 year old and has one more year warranty. Please guide me which one to buy and where to buy? My main requirement is running the fans to beat the heat.

The Amaron battery dealer told me that Amaron gives warranty when using with Amaron ups only. If we use other brand inverters they wont give warranty, What to do?

Sir, in our area we have 12 hrs power cut. In the day time 3hrs supply next 3hrs power cut, and from evening 1 hour supply next 1 hour power cut till next morning 6am. So am confused to select the battery Exide IT500 or Exide Mega. My doubt is u have mentioned on a topic that “Installing bigger capacity inverters and tubulars won’t help you in long power cut areas, the battery won’t get sufficient charge in such areas… It’s safe to invest on semitubulars for long power cut areas…”. Sir, I am using a Exide Invatubular IT-750 Battery with 850KVA, Exide make Pure sine wave Inverter Machine. Sometimes there is a long beep during Charging with the AC current. This time all the Power points connects with the Inverter become swich off for a moment. There is No Problem during running of these units in Battery. Please suggest me what is the Problem, Wheather it is a Problem or as usual.
